  • STEP 2

    After fixing the event schedule, submit allocation application
    and business license

    - Exhibition hall allocation application, event plan. business license(Registration number)

  • STEP 3

    After receiving estimate and contract, sign on the documents

  • STEP 4

    Make a down payment(20% of overall fee)

    • - Account holder: 구미시청(Gumi city Hall) 구미디지털전자산업관(GumiCo.)

    ※ If the contract is signed within 3 months of actual event,
    50% of overall fee should be made as down payment.

  • STEP 5

    3 months before the actual event, make middle payment
    (30% of overall cost)

  • STEP 6

    A week before the actual event, pay the balance
    and maintenance deposit

  • STEP 7

    Pre-conference discussion and submit related documents,
